Eligibility
   
MBA or Executive MBA from recognized academic institutions with a minimum of 10 years work experience. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in senior management / administrative position. Candidates with significant experience in senior strategic positions but less than 10 years overall experience may be considered at the discretion of the Admission Committee.
Other Masters degree subject to the completion of minimum MBA-level required courses as specified by the faculty. However, for candidates with 15 and more years work experience with at least seven years experience in senior management/ administrative/ policy making position, the additional completion of MBA-level required courses, may be exempted after due consideration by the DBA faculty.
Proof of proficiency in English language.
A letter from CEO / head of organization supporting the candidate's application and research work.
Statement of purpose (about 500 words)
A write-up on proposed research theme (about 1000 words)
   
Admission
Application to the programme can be made any time during the year. From all the applications received selection to the programme will be based on multiple criteria such as:
   
academic qualifications
experience
professional accomplishments
level of responsibility of the applicant and
statement of purpose and research theme
   
A dialogue with PSB School of Business and AIT School of Management faculty will also be arranged before the final selection is made.
