Mr. Sunil Radhakrishna, Executive Director – Sugar Business of DCM Shriram Consolidated Limited (DSCL) addressed MBA students on 23^rd March 2009. In his lecture, he shared his invaluable experience of building an indigenous business model using Organizational development process. He also emphasized on the management of change in the organization, as DSCL, unlike other focused firms, succeeded greatly through embracing massive unrelated diversification.
